Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was shipped. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our support team.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this time, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
